Assistant Sales Manager (posted 10/11/2011)

We are looking for for an experienced Assistant Sales Manager.
Applicants must highly motivated, customer oriented, very organized, able to resolve customer problems effectively, can pay attention to detail, and able to work well in a team environment.
In addition, must demonstrate excellent supervisory, oral and written communication skills, demonstrate ability to meet sales goals, assist with motivating and developing sales staff.
Must also be able to enhance sales policies and procedures and willing to work on weekends.
Minimum qualifications include 5 years retail furniture sales experience, 3 years supervisory experience and a 4 year college degree.
Compensation includes base salary + commission and benefits.

IT-Manager (posted 10/11/2011)

We are looking for an IT-Manager.
As the IT-Manager, you'll be responsible for ALL IT-related issues within the company.
This is a fun and rewarding, but high-paced job, so you must to be able to deal with stress, work with deadlines and multi-tasking between duties.

These duties include (but are not limited to):

Maintaining / building multiple websites with HTML + CSS, javascript and ASP
Maintaining our web-server, running IIS-6 on a virtual dedicated Win 2003 server
Maintaining multiple backup's for our server as well as databases
Setting up emails and domains
Creating graphics Designs(for the websites as well as high resolution print material like ads and billboards)
Maintaining / trouble-shooting our network, that includes: servers (Win 2003 + 2008), work-stations (XP + Vista + 7), printers, hardware firewall, routers, cabling, etc...
Maintaining / trouble-shooting our Wi Fi (for internal use as well as public use for customers)
Support employees with hard- and soft-ware issues as well as training
Analyzing web-traffic and SEO
Data entry

Required skills:

HTML and CSS coding, using Dream Weaver (MUST be able to code without it!)
Implement, modify and create java-scripts for web-pages
Organic SEO via html coding, as well as linking, online advertising, etc...
Building / altering MS-Access databases and maintaining SQL databases
Creating graphics for websites with Fire Works and/or Photo Shop
Creating high resolution graphics for ads / billboards with Illustrator and/or Photo Shop
Maintaining our virtual dedicated web-server, running IIS-6 on Windows 2003 (Includes: setting up domains, SSL, etc. for the websites)
Maintaining our Windows 2008-R2 server, that functions as a file-server as well as DNS+WINS server
