FLOOR INSTALLATION

• Floor Selection – In our store, browse our flooring department for ideas on the colors, patterns and textures of flooring you would like. You can also talk with one of our flooring specialists for guidance on the type and style of flooring that is right for your home. Bring approximate measurements of the room(s) in which you like to have flooring installed, so we can provide you with an approximate price estimate, specific to your needs.

• Schedule In-home Measurement – When you have decided on your floor(s), you will need to schedule an in-home measurement. One of our flooring specialists will visit your home / office to measure the entire area where your flooring will be installed. We'll evaluate the area for any damage, determine any installation requirements, and if any additional materials would be needed. A moisture test might also be performed, depending on the installation area.

• Make Your Payment & Schedule the Installation - After your measurements have been confirmed, we'll contact you with an updated total installation price and process your payment in full. Once your payment has been processed, our installation specialist will contact you to schedule a time for the installation.

• Sit Back, Relax & Watch Us Work - Our installation specialist will deliver and install your new flooring. The installer will remove and dispose of your old carpet, lay your new carpet and pad, clean and vacuum the installation area. Once the installation is completed, the installer will clean the job area and haul away all installation debris.

• Review the Job - After the flooring installation is complete, the installer will walk you through a final inspection to ensure your full satisfaction.
