Dear Realtor/Broker, A Rewards Program has been created just for agents and brokers compliments of The Foundry. We would like to express our gratitude to our real estate community.

Westside Foundry has established a Rewards Program as a thank you for allowing us to assist your new home buyers in making their house into a home.

Please review our program guidelines below. The level of gift certificate is based on the purchase price of the home.

Home Purchase Price	Gift Certificate
$ 250,000 - $ 400,000	$ 200
$ 400,001 - $ 600,000	$ 300
$ 600,001 - $ 750,000	$ 400
$ 750,001 - $ 1,000,000	$ 500
$ 1,000,001 +	$ 750

• Realtors earn reward points on all qualified client purchases


• Reward points are calculated at 2% on all qualified client purchases
  
• Points are awarded on a quarterly basis
  Example: All purchases completed January 1 to March 31 will be awarded April 1
  
• Points are capped at 2,000 per referral
  
• Points are not awarded on labor, clearance priced items, freight, tent sales and select contract merchandise
  
• All referrals and reward points are non-transferable and are valid for 24 months

Realtors that have joined the program will receive a quarterly statement showing any purchases by referrals, reward point totals and expiration dates.
