Because of our quality and prices, we have clients in every corner of the States and that means we have the experience and value you demand.
Customers are responsible for all taxes, duties and customs fees for orders shipped to their state or location.
Shipping Times
This UPS Ground shipping chart will illustrate the shipping times in the U.S.
Please use this map as a general guide only. Tracking numbers (if available) will be sent via email for more accurate tracking of your shipment.
Orders normally take 1 to 4 business days to be processed, before they are shipped. Once the item has shipped it will take UPS 2 to 7 business days for delivery, based on the item's availability. Delivery of custom and braided items may take up to six weeks.
We are unable to schedule delivery for an exact date or time, or call prior to item delivery. If you are unable to accept your package at the time of delivery, UPS may leave the package at the residence or leave you a note. In some cases, the items in your order may not ship together or in the same package. Rug pads and accessories are normally sent in separate packaging.
Oversized Items
Oversized items that are too large or heavy to ship with ground couriers will be shipped via LTL (less than truckload) trucking. These orders may take up to 2 weeks from shipment date to be delivered. The trucking company will contact you, to schedule a delivery appointment. Most LTL carriers schedule appointments for a 2-to-4 hour window between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. during weekdays. Items will be delivered 'curb side' of the address and it is up to the customer to move the items to its final destination.
Inspection
It is very important that you carefully inspect your package at the time of delivery, especially if it has been delivered via an LTL carrier. If the packaging is damaged or you suspect a problem, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" on the signature sheet. This will make resolving the issue much faster.
