I received great support from Teresa during the selection process and did not feel pressured. I have continued to receive excellent support during the installation process. While I did encounter an unanticipated problem during the installation and refinishing process, Elizabeth dealt swiftly and expertly with the issue and it was resolved to my complete satisfaction. | I had a grease stain on my brand new sisal rug that we noticed as we rolled it out! Before I had time to get upset, Eliazbeth Granger arranged for it to be fixed (new banding was applied) and was delivered back to me at no charge in a reasonable amount of time. I will go back to Westside Foundry because of the wonderful customer service that Elizabeth brings to the store. |
